STAGES OF CASE DISPOSAL BY THE FOUNDATION
Upon the foundation's receipt of any complaint via its website, whatsapp number, or direct Telephonic call .
1st STAGE :- Upon receipt of a complaint, the foundation's team will respond to the complainant within a week by sending an official letter, commencing the necessary actions regarding the matter in question.
2nd STAGE :- The designated legal representative will reach out to the relevant individual to gather information regarding the evidence to be submitted.
3rd STAGE :- Regarding the Nature of the Matter, the Foundation commits to sending letters to both parties within 15 days of receiving the complaint. These letters will enclose a copy of the complaint and propose mediation, providing details such as the mediation date and venue.
4th STAGE :- The Foundation will send a minimum three official mediation letters. Subsequently, the assigned mediator will present the matter, along with a comprehensive report, to the Advocate Incharge or Management Team of the relevant district.
5th STAGE :- After examination by the Advocate Incharge or Management Team, the issue will be subsequently forwarded to the relevant District Court, Tribunal, Police Station, or Commission.
6th STAGE :- If the matter is not resolved at the district level, the Advocate Incharge or Management Team of the respective district will escalate the matter to the relevant Divisional Incharge. Following an analysis of the situation, it will then be referred to the High Court Advocate Panel or the Management Team of the foundation.
7th STAGE :- Upon analysis of matter by the Panel Advocate (High Court) / General Secretary of the foundation. It will refer to the High Court for the further Proceeding.
8th STAGE :- If a case remains unresolved despite the efforts of the Panel Advocate from the High Court or the General Secretary of the foundation, it will be elevated to the Vice-Chairman for appropriate action.
9th STAGE :- Following an examination of the matter by the Vice-Chairman, the case will be referred to the Advocate Panel of the Supreme Court for more effective and informed action.
10th STAGE :- In the ultimate phase, upon directives from the Chairman / Vice-Chairman, the case will be directed to the Expert Advocate Panel of the Supreme Court for a more effective course of action.
AS PER THE DECISION OF GENERAL SECRETARY / JOINT SECRETARY MATTER WILL BE DISPOSED OFF BY THE FOUNDATION
